Fully-Automated, Monitored System
Over several years we have developed and use a state-of-the-art, fully-automated, paperless system, from the minute your order is submitted, until it ships out the door. This assures the fastest processing and superb handling of every order. While being fully-automated, it’s also managed and monitored by our team of engineers to make sure that everything continues to flow smoothly. This all means that your orders can’t get lost or “fall through the cracks”, yet if a problem occurs, someone is there to catch it and quickly correct any issues.
Triple Quality Control
In at least three places throughout the production of your shirts, a human being checks each shirt against the original artwork preview to make sure that the right artwork is printed on the right shirt, the print is of the highest quality, and everything looks the way it should. Most problems are caught and corrected before the shirt ever leaves on its way to your customer.
Managed Artwork Processing and Preparation
With some fulfillment companies, you upload an artwork file, and they send it on to a third-party printing company as it is, hoping it gets printed correctly. The Teescape Fulfillment App takes full control of sizing and positioning your artwork on every garment to make it look the best it can.
What does this mean? This means our system won’t try to send a 13-inch wide file to the printer for a Youth Small garment. It means moving t-shirt artwork up slightly on a v-neck so it doesn’t print too low. And a host of other things designed to make your shirts look the best, and make sure each shirt is a fair representation of the preview image created in the app, no matter what garment or size is ordered.
Selective Garment Offerings = Fast Turn-Around
We are often asked “Why don’t you offer more products?”. The answer is simple: Our past experience has been that when you try to offer every product under the sun, orders end up delayed because of slow procurement and product back orders. When orders get delayed, you have to spend more of your time on customer service.
One of the keys to our success in fast turn-around times is making sure the garments we offer are either in-stock on our own shelves, or are stocked deeply by major warehouse distributors. This helps assure that your orders won’t get hung up waiting for garments to arrive, even in the rare even of a misprint. We take away the stress of having to provide excessive customer service due to delayed orders.
