Shipping Information
We ship all domestic orders by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Large orders may be shipped by UPS. International orders are shipped APC or UPS Mail Innovations.
NEW! Flat-Rate Shipping Available (optional)
By default, when you first install the Teescape App in your store, shipping rates are STILL charged to you based on the weight of the package and the destination. But, many customers requested a “flat-rate” shipping method for easier cost calculations for their store.
So we’ve now implemented this as an OPTION you can turn on in the App Settings page. Please know that once you turn this option on, you will not be able to switch back to weight-based shipping. Contact us if you have questions or need help.

Weight-Based Shipping
By default, shipping rates we charge to you are based on the weight of the package and the destination. When the Teescape App adds products to your store, each variant is configured with the correct shipping weight. Our rate chart is shown below.
Keep in mind that most t-shirts weight between .25 and .50 pounds, except larger sizes of heavier-weight shirts. Please configure shipping charges in your store accordingly.
Note: the weights shown in our rate chart below are not nice round numbers (like .479 rather than .5) to allow for slight variations in different shirts and the weight of the packaging.
